Come in for Your Initial Consultation

During your initial consultations at Seaside Counseling & Wellness Center, you will work personally with us to set goals for yourself. These goals will be designed to provide you with optimal well-being in individual counseling or harmony between you and your family in family counseling. During each session, you will work with us to meet your goals.

Cancellation Fee

You must provide 24-hours notice to cancel your appointment. Monday appointments must be canceled on Friday. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in a $40 late fee.

Closing Policy

In the event of poor or inclement weather or any other disaster, please call our office, and the recorded message will advise of any closings or late openings.

Payment Policies and Sliding Scale

Our knowledgeable staff will submit claims to your individual insurance companies on your behalf. We do not deny access to services based on inability to pay and a discounted or sliding scale is available. Co-payments, deductibles, and self-payments must be paid at each visit.
