Meet The Owner

Amy Ginnavan, LCSW-C, LCADC

Amy is the owner of Seaside Counseling & Wellness Center which was established in Fall 2012. Amy graduated from Salisbury University in 2004 with a MSW degree. She returned to school in 2010 to study Addictions Counseling & received her Licensed Clinical Alcohol & Drug Counselor (LCADC) License in September 2011. Amy is a MD Board of SOWK approved Supervisor. Amy has worked with adults, families, and children for over 16 years using individual, group, couples, family, & co-occurring therapies. She works with a wide range of Mental Health & Substance Abuse disorders. Amy is an adjunct professor at Salisbury University in the School of Social Work. Amy also creates and presents continuing education workshops on a wide range of topics for state and local agencies.

Debra Dotson, MSW, LCSW-C

Debra Dotson, MSW, LCSW-C

Debra is a clinical social worker at Seaside Counseling and Wellness Center. She graduated from Salisbury University in 2004 with a Master's Degree in Social Work and is in her final year of the Social Work Doctoral program at the University of Louisville. Debra has been working with children and families for over 20 years & currently serves as an adjunct faculty member in the School of Social Work at Salisbury University. Debra specializes in anxiety, depression, effective parenting, and secondary trauma for helping professionals. Treatment modalities utilized by Debra include Mindfulness Practices, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Strength-Based Therapies. Debra is also a MD Board of Social Work approved supervisor. Debra sees clients via telehealth using doxy.me.

Mary Kaul-Black, LCSW-C, RYT500

Mary is a clinical social worker who earned a BASW from Salisbury University in 1996 and an MSW from the University of Kentucky in 1998. She has been licensed in the state of Maryland since 1998 and is a Maryland Board of Social Work Examiners approved Supervisor. Mary works with people who experience issues with mood disorder, anxiety, stress management, and life transitions. She is a dependent of a military Veteran and volunteer fire fighter. Thus, providing her with knowledge of the unique impacts of military and first responder lifestyles and the effects on their loved ones. Mary utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Client Centered Therapy to assist clients in making the changes that they wish to. Mary sees clients in the Salisbury location.

Mary is also a 500-hour yoga teacher. She is trained in 500 hours of Kripalu Yoga, 300 hours of Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga, Level 2 Warriors at Ease, Feet Up and SUP Yoga. In addition to providing individual therapy at Seaside Counseling, Mary also teaches weekly yoga classes in the Wellness Center at Seaside Counseling Salisbury, MD.

Erin Sullivan, MSW, LCSW-C

Erin earned a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Maryland in 2007. Erin has over 15 years of experience working with children & families in a variety of settings and has been doing individual therapy for 8 years. Erin is experienced working with Anxiety, Bi-polar disorder, Depression, Behavioral Issues, Grief, ADHD, Adjustment to Medical Disorders as well as those struggling with transitions in life. As well as individual therapy, Erin has a vast amount of medical knowledge as she was a Medical Social Worker at Coastal Hospice and Johns Hopkins Hospital Children Center. Erin utilizes a variety of therapeutic techniques to assist individuals & families in achieving their goals. Erin is also an MD Board of Social Work approved supervisor. Erin sees clients in the Berlin location.

Kimberly Fogle, LCSW-C, APHSW-C

Kim is a clinical social worker who earned her master’s degree from the University of Maryland School of Social Work in Baltimore. Kim has an extensive background in medical social work including palliative care and hospice. Kim has worked with individuals and families trying to cope with serious medical illness, caregiver fatigue, loss and grief. Kim draws upon over thirty years of experience and she utilizes a variety of therapeutic techniques to help individuals overcome life's challenges and achieve a greater sense of peace and well being. Kim sees clients in the Berlin location.

Jared T. Rowan, MSW, LCSW-C, RYT500

Jared is a Maryland Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical, and is a Maryland Board Certified approved SOWK Supervisor. He has worked with all individuals across the lifespan, providing one-on-one, family, and couple's therapy, since 2009. Jared works with a wide range of mental health and substance misuse disorders. He has specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness and Gottman's Method to Couples' Therapy. He believes the therapeutic process is driven by the individual, however provides direction, purpose and precision in assisting the individual to make practical decisions about their life. Jared sees clients in the Berlin location.

Jared is also a 500-hr Yoga Teacher, 200-hr Katonah Yoga Teacher and Reiki Practitioner.

Maci Wellinghoff, MSW, LCSW-C

Maci graduated from Salisbury University in 2016 with her Masters in Social Work and obtained her Maryland Clinical License (LCSW-C) in February 2019. She has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. Her previous work experience in school settings provides the skills needed to help school-aged individuals thrive in school, and at home. Maci is fully trained in EMDR and Perinatal Mood Disorders. She is currently working towards certification in both areas. Other approaches include CBT and Client Centered strategies. Maci hopes to create a space where individuals truly feel seen, heard, and supported. Maci sees clients in the Berlin and Salisbury locations.

Nina Pusey, MSW, LCSW-C

Nina is a Maryland Clinical Social Worker, graduating with a Masters Degree from Salisbury University in 2013. She is also Maryland Board Certified approved SOWK Supervisor. Nina works with adolescents, young adults, and adults providing individual, family, and couple’s therapy. Nina works with a wide range of mental health and substance misuse disorders. Nina utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Strength-Based Therapy. Nina sees clients in the Berlin location.

Robert "Wayne" Realini, LCPC

Robert “Wayne” Realini has been working in the mental health and substance abuse field since July 2002. He started in Naples, FL at The David Lawrence Center as a Behavior Health Tech. From 2011-2012, Wayne served in a monastery in Conyers, GA. In 2012 he came back to the Eastern Shore where he has worked for the ACT Team at the Lower Shore Clinic, as an advocate at Go Getters, and at Eastern Shore Mobile Crisis. Wayne graduated with a Master's Degree in counseling from UMES in 2018 and obtained his LCPC license in October 2021. Wayne is EMDR Certified through the EMDR Institute. Wayne uses a wide range of techniques including CBT, client centered therapy, mindfulness, DBT, spiritual counseling techniques, and incorporates folklore and mythology into sessions. Wayne has a Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction certification from UMass, Clinical Trauma Professional certification from ITTI, and a certification from The Power of Awareness with Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach.  Wayne sees clients in the Berlin and Salisbury locations.

Brooke Manley, LCPC

Brooke is a Licensed Professional Counselor who graduated with her Masters degree in Clinical and Counseling Psychology from Chestnut Hill College in Philadelphia in 2009. She has been providing therapeutic services on the Eastern Shore for over ten years and enjoys working with adolescence and young adults who are experiencing changes in mood, behaviors, or trauma. Brooke recently completed the two-day training through Postpartum Support International and is eager to provide therapeutic support to those seeking pregnancy and postpartum mental health care. She honors that the transition into parenthood can be stressful, and result in low mood, anxiety, negative thoughts, and fatigue. Her approach to therapy is that everyone deserves an opportunity to be their healthiest and happiest self. Brooke sees clients in the Berlin location. Brooke is also registered as a Professional Counselor Telehealth Provider in the state of South Carolina (652).


Jessica Littleton, MSW, LCSW-C

Jessica is a Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical who earned her master’s degree from Salisbury University in 2018. She has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults throughout her career and loves helping individuals and families overcome challenges and achieve their goals. She currently sees clients for individual or family counseling. She utilizes a variety of therapeutic techniques and approaches including CBT and Client Centered strategies. She is currently in the process of training a therapy dog. Jessica sees clients at the Berlin location.

Bibiana D Koh, PhD, LCSW-C, LICSW

Dr. Koh (she/her) is a clinical social worker who earned her MSW from Smith College School for Social Work in 2000. As part of her clinical training, she was trained by a feminist Bowenian therapist in a mental health clinic in a hospital. After receiving her MSW, she went on to earn her PhD in Family Social Science at the University of Minnesota in 2007. Dr. Koh is also an Associate Professor of Social Work at Salisbury University. She has clinical experience in multiple settings including schools, community mental health, residential group homes and shelters, walk-in crisis counseling, and

private practice. She is a Minnesota and Maryland Board of Social Work approved supervisor. Dr. Koh specializes in issues related to race, ethnicity, and culture including intercountry/transracial adoption, and issues of assimilation/acculturation. Although her earlier practice was primarily with children, youth, and families, she is currently primarily working with adults and couples. Based on client needs, Dr. Koh uses different approaches including Bowenian, narrative and solution-focused, cognitive behavioral, client-centered, and mindfulness. Dr. Koh sees clients in the Berlin location.
